We have a 30 day return policy, which means that you have 30 days after receiving your order, to ask for a return.

To qualify for a return, the products must be in the same condition as when you received them. You also need to show proof of purchase.

Returning digital products
Digital product are not eligible for a return nor a cancellation. If you have accidentally bought a pattern in the wrong language, contact support@cupidknits.com and we'll send you the right language with no extra charge.

14 day right of cancellation in the EU:
If your order is sent to the EU you have the right to cancel or return it for any reason within 14 days. The products must be in the same condition as when you received them. You also need to show proof of purchase.
