The Night Sky Hot Water Bottle Cover is a lovely little knitted cover for your hot water bottle.
The pattern comes with two different versions: a simple stockinette version knitted in bouclé and glitter sock yarn held together and a version with a pretty star pattern made using colourwork.
Both versions are available in a small (0,8 liters) and a large (2 liters) version.
Version 1: Bouclé
Sizes: 1 (2)
Fits a hot water bottle of: 0,8 (2) liters. I use the ones from Sänger.
Gauge: 15 sts x 22 rows in stockinette stitch on 4,5 mm needles = 10 x 10 cm after washing and blocking.
Recommended needles: two 4,5 mm circular needles and two 4 mm circular needles.
Recommended yarn: 50 (100) g of Cupid Knits Bouclé (100 g = 220 m)
HELD TOGETHER WITH 25 (50) g of Cupid Knits Glitter Sock (100 g = 400 m).
Version 2: Colourwork

Fits a hot water bottle of: 0,8 (2) liters. I use the ones from Sänger.
Gauge: 28 sts x 40 rows in stockinette stitch on 3 mm needles = 10 x 10 cm after washing and blocking.
Recommended needles: two 3 mm circular needles and two 2,5 mm circular needles.
Recommended yarn: 50 (100) g of Cupid Knits Glitter Sock (100 g = 400 m) for the main colour AND 10 (15) g of any fingering weight yarn for the contrast colour.
